Health benefits of sake and sakekasu

 

Body warming

Sake is most effective to keep the body warm longer than other alcoholic drinks.

 

Stress reduction

Sake removes stress, promotes appetite, and smoothen human relations.

 

Prevention of cancers

Sake and sakekasu both include the substances that inhibit the cells of bladder cancer, prostrate cancer and uterus cancer. 

 

Removal of  bad cholesterol

Sake helps HDL cholesterol to remove LDL cholesterol accumulated in the blood vessels by transporting to liver and decomposes. Sakekasu also increases HDL cholesterol.

 

Diabetes

Sakekasu containsthe insulin-like substance that resembles insulin and has the same effects as insulin.

 

Highblood pressure

Peptides found in sake and sakekasu reduces the high blood pressure. Injection of petides extracted from sakekasu is found as effective as the high blood pressure drug, but sakekasu has no side effects.

 

Cerebral infarction (brain stroke)

Sakekasu has an enzyme that helps production of plasminogen that resolves coagulated blood in the brain blood vessel.

 

Myocardial infarction (heart attack)

Statistical medical researches indicate that a group of people who consume sake has a smaller rate of heart attack.  Sakekasu has the same effects as to cerebral infarction 

 

Pollen allergy as well as regular allergy

Sake and sakekasu prevents pollen allergy by inhibitin cathepsis-B.

 

Osteoporosis

Sake, sakekasu and koji all have amino acids that inhibit cathepsin-L, which help prevent osteoporosis. Cathepsis-L is responsible to cause ostoporosis. ValineLeucine and Isoleucine whach are amino acid in sake help recover and build skeletal muscle and prevent osteoporosis.

 

Freckles

Sakekasu has the effects of keeping skin whitish and improves freckles.

 

Cure from Achilles' tendon injury

There is a story of a baseball pitcher who had a severe achilles tendon. He cured his injury by sassaging with sake.

 

Chaps and cracks 

To cure chaps and cracks, soften sakekasu in water and rub over chaps and crackles.
